We do not employ caregivers directly; we facilitate introductions between families and independent caregivers. User Responsibilities: You agree to provide accurate information in all forms and communications. Families are responsible for their own due diligence when hiring a caregiver. Nannies must provide truthful information about their qualifications and background. Limitation of Liability: Nest & Nobles Inc. is not liable for any disputes, damages, or issues arising between families and caregivers after placement. Our guarantee covers the matching process only.
